We ship collectibles with care, speed, and protection in mind. Every order is packed to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition, especially for boxed and display collectibles.
🚚 Order Processing
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days
- Pre-orders / Special orders: Shipped once stock arrives from supplier
- Weekends & holidays: Processed next business day
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates after dispatch:
- UK Standard: 2–5 business days
- UK Express (if available): 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or supplier delays.
Trading Cards are excluded from Free Standard Delivery and have their own shipping rates applied at checkout.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (where available).
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
- Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on courier
🧾 Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Some items are sourced directly from manufacturers or distributors.
For these items:
- Delivery depends on supplier release schedules
- Delays may occur due to production or distribution changes
- Orders ship as soon as stock is received and quality-checked
We always aim to fulfil pre-orders as quickly as possible and will ship immediately upon arrival.
📦 How We Pack Collectibles
We understand collectors care about condition—and so do we.
Every order is packed with care using protective materials designed to minimise movement and protect packaging.
Our packing process includes:
- Reinforced outer packaging for shipping protection
- Internal cushioning to prevent shifting during transit
- Careful placement to reduce pressure on box corners and edges
- Extra protection for fragile or high-value collectibles
For boxed figures, statues, and similar items, we take additional care to help preserve mint box presentation wherever possible.
While minor manufacturing imperfections or shelf wear from suppliers cannot always be avoided, we do everything practical to ensure safe delivery.
⚠️ Shipping Delays
While we aim for fast fulfilment, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Supplier restocks (pre-orders/special orders)
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Peak seasonal demand
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control.
📍 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

International customers are responsible for:

📦 Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order appears delayed or missing:
- Check tracking information
- Contact the courier (if applicable)
- Then contact us for assistance
We will help investigate where appropriate.
📦 Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box
- We will assess and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable
