Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
We also offer an extended 45-day window for exchanges or store credit, giving you more flexibility beyond the refund period.
This structure allows us to protect collectible condition standards while still offering customer-friendly flexibility.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original mint condition packaging, including all seals, inserts, and protective materials
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of collectibles, packaging condition is considered part of the product. Items that have been opened, displayed, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours) with clear photos of:
- The item
- Packaging
- Shipping box and label
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds (30-Day Window Only)
If your return is approved within the 14-day window:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Exchanges & Store Credit (Up to 45 Days)
After the 30-day refund period and up to 45 days from delivery, eligible items may still be returned for:
- Exchange for another item
- Store credit equal to the item value
Store credit:
- Can be used across the entire store
- Is non-refundable
- May be issued as a gift card or discount code
If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special order items (sourced specifically on request)
- Mystery / blind box items once opened
- Items not in mint condition or with damaged packaging after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
Exchanges (Fastest Option)
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is:
- Return your eligible item
- Once approved, place a new order
Alternatively, within 45 days, you may request an exchange or store credit (subject to availability).
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Items must still be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original mint packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Notes for Collectors
We specialise in collectible items where condition is critical.
Small manufacturing imperfections or minor shelf wear from production are not considered defects. Packaging condition is part of the collectible value and is taken into account during inspection.
