Preorder Policy
Overview
At NerdCoreVault, pre-orders allow customers to secure highly anticipated collectibles before they arrive in stock. This ensures access to limited and in-demand items as soon as they become available.
Payment Methods
We offer two pre-order types depending on the product:
Pay Later Pre-Orders
No payment is taken at the time of purchase. Customers are invoiced for the full amount once the item arrives in stock.
Deposit Pre-Orders
A partial deposit may be required to secure your order. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the item arrives in stock.
Full payment must be completed before dispatch.
Release Dates
All release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors. These dates may change due to production or shipping delays. We will always update customers as soon as new information becomes available.
Fulfilment
Once stock arrives:
- Customers are notified via email
- Final payment is requested (if applicable)
- Orders are dispatched promptly after payment is completed
Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfilment where possible. Deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable depending on the product status and supplier conditions.
Important Notes
- Availability of pre-order items is not guaranteed until stock is received
- Prices are locked at the time of order unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders in rare cases of supplier discontinuation
